Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Medijoy Global ("we") values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

When you book a consultation, we collect your name, phone number, email address and a description of your medical needs. This information is used only to match you with the most suitable medical plan.

2. How We Use Information

Your personal information is used only for medical consultation matching, travel arrangement coordination and follow-up services. We will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

3. Information Security

We use 256-bit SSL/TLS encrypted transmission and store all data on secure servers. Access is strictly limited to the medical consultant team serving you directly.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We share necessary medical information with partner medical institutions only with your explicit authorisation, or where disclosure is required by law.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Because we provide cross-border medical services, your personal information may be transferred to the countries or regions where our partner hospitals are located outside China.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as we are providing services to you, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below.

8. Cookies and Third-Party Tracking

The fonts used on this page and some of its script libraries are provided by third-party services abroad, including Google Fonts and the code-delivery networks jsDelivr, BootCDN, cdnjs and Tailwind CDN. When your browser loads these resources it sends those providers your IP address and information about your browser and device. Such requests are made directly by your browser and do not rely on cookies, so they take place before you make a consent choice, and the Decline button in our dialog cannot stop them. Those providers may be located outside mainland China, which likewise constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal information. If you would prefer to avoid such transfers, you can block these domains yourself with a browser extension or network settings, although the fonts and some icons on the site may then fail to display.

Once you give consent, this site loads the Meta (Facebook) pixel (ID 1583597436200010). It is used to measure page views, evaluate advertising performance, and deliver and retarget advertising. Please note that it loads only after you click “Accept”; before you make a choice, no data is sent to Facebook; if you click “Decline”, the pixel is not loaded.

Using this pixel means that your IP address, browser and device information and the pages you visit are transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates (including Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) outside mainland China, which constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal information. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Cookie” at the very bottom of any page on this site, or the button below. After withdrawal we stop loading the pixel and delete the _fbp and _fbc identifiers it sets, but we cannot undo a transfer that already took place before you withdrew.
